Julia Jill Kohut is a second generation Breezer.  She and husband, Rob, purchased their 1958 trailer in 1998. 

After receiving her undergraduate degree from Rowan University, Jill was a stay at home mom for ten years raising their four children. Working in the evening teaching at local adult art groups, studying at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in the evening, and creating art led to teaching at The College of New Jersey as an adjunct professor.

Jill’s journey includes 36 years of teaching in the public school system with experience in all grade levels along with receiving her masters degree in Educational Leadership. 

Her retirement has been filled with the joy of ten grandchildren and her many loves: art, gardening, cooking, golfing, and helping her master carpenter husband on their many projects.
